- Tâi-oân-kì is running by its own user on a cloud service. It don't have outsiders as administrators or developers. This minimize barriers of making upgrades or changes. In contrast, users on Wikipedia need to deal with obstacles caused by community, technology, or language to ask for any system level changes.
